Honestly, I've never had a good experience here. First, 2 years ago, I tried to get an account and become a member and they denied me after dinging my credit saying I wasn't 'creditworthy'. I wasn't trying to take a loan, just get a regular checking/savings account. I have been a long standing (10+ years) credit union member with my (still) current credit union in WA. They keep making complaints about us, they stole 3 trash can ,but her husband that is a cop in myrtle point told her to give them back after I asked for a report number he would not give me one..I am a 65 year old veteran wanting to live out the last of my life here...
We have had business with them for a long time but I really get very upset at trying to get through to them by phone. I NEVER, NEVER, can through no matter by land line or cell. They just keep repeating which button to use for your purpose and it doesnot go through, just repeats and repeats. Angry.

Myrtle Point Brunch has the worst customer service. Is extremely rude to me every time I am there. I went in with to do cash out of cd that was ready, when she is telling me it's not and then tells me he doesn't have one, when I handed her the paper, that has all the information on it. Then when I try to add money to my kids account, she asks for the account number, okay yes I get that, but when I say I don't know she tells me then I can't put money into the account.
