Honestly, I've never had a good experience here. First, 2 years ago, I tried to get an account and become a member and they denied me after dinging my credit saying I wasn't 'creditworthy'. I wasn't trying to take a loan, just get a regular checking/savings account. I have been a long standing (10+ years) credit union member with my (still) current credit union in WA. They keep making complaints about us, they stole 3 trash can ,but her husband that is a cop in myrtle point told her to give them back after I asked for a report number he would not give me one..I am a 65 year old veteran wanting to live out the last of my life here...
We have had business with them for a long time but I really get very upset at trying to get through to them by phone. I NEVER, NEVER, can through no matter by land line or cell. They just keep repeating which button to use for your purpose and it doesnot go through, just repeats and repeats. Angry.
I love my bank and the employees!!!!
