Wife and I are new members. Been treated very nice. I ask detailed questions and I get detailed answers. Very pleased.
The bank in Washington need to hire nicer people. The workers at the bank in Warrenton are MUCH MUCH nicer.
DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! My father died and put me on the account when he opened it. They took my ID for a copy. He recently passed and the circuit court clerks told me I needed some information to file the probate papers the bank needed. Went back to get said information and was told I wasn't authorized. Not helpful. They contradict their own requirements and do not care at all.
