I would leave zero stars if able. Do not get any type of loan from this company if you expect to be entitled to your own insurance pay out. They have a business policy that is not readily accessible or reviewable on their website which allows them to take your entire insurance pay out. As the individual that actually paid the insurance bill and the loan bill I should more than have the right to choose what to do with the funds that are owed to me as the person that actually paid the bills. Went here to look at a commercial real estate loan and now pulling ALL family accounts from this unprofessional institution! We (my husband & I) had an appraisal done and loan application in with FCCU. We had to continually call, email, leave messages for Tom Echterhoff to attempt to get any information at all in the process. Then, without any notice (no bill for the appraisal was ever sent or communicated) they locked OUR SON out of his account and held his money hostage due to us owing for an appraisal!
