Went here to look at a commercial real estate loan and now pulling ALL family accounts from this unprofessional institution! We (my husband & I) had an appraisal done and loan application in with FCCU. We had to continually call, email, leave messages for Tom Echterhoff to attempt to get any information at all in the process. Then, without any notice (no bill for the appraisal was ever sent or communicated) they locked OUR SON out of his account and held his money hostage due to us owing for an appraisal! Trying to call them on the phone is a joke. Waited 25 minutes to get transferred and she hung up instead of transferring. Don't worry I'll make the drive I guess
