The staff is friendly whenever I had to interact with them. I just wish this location put an ATM in the parking lot so I don't always have to come inside, it's kind if a hassle to do all the time. It would be nice since the Eureka location is like that. I sometimes plan my trips just so I can use the outside ATM, otherwise having to go inside Walmart all the time when I don't need to shop is becoming a nuisance
Locking someone’s account and preventing them from using uber twice in the same day is quite possibly the dumbest thing I’ve ever had happen with this bank, in the long list of unfortunate situations that I’ve otherwise accepted due to not wanting to go through hassle of changing banks But as I’m out of town on a business trip trying to get to the airport my card kept declining.
