When I signed up for a new account, not only did they not help set me up with any kind of mobile banking. They also gave me a credit card with no tap. About two months later I had my paycheck inadvertently put into a different bank account without my knowledge Through my employer. We had the most amazing experience with First Community Bank! Shelby was an outstanding help, she was so responsive and went out of her way to make sure we were feeling good about every decision along the way. Buying a house is stressful enough- but they made it so easy and did so much of the work.
I was impressed with the friendly staff, inviting atmosphere.
I've been a first community bank customer for over 20 years. I started with first bank of Pinedale, which got bought out. But here in South Ogden, this branch in particular, has been a great help. I'm currently in Brazil and they have went way out of their way to assist me. And I do truly appreciate it
