What a bunch of bumbling idiots! I have been lied to, given hollow apologies and excuses, and am still waiting for my money 4 months after applying for a simple extension on a home equity line! They have been supposedly named "Best of the Best" in Boone, but they're only the best at giving horrible customer service!
