This bank has gone from the best bank I have ever used to the absolute worst in the last 5 years. If you need anything after hours, forget it. They will let anyone, or anything come out of your account and not do anything about it and when you make a normal transaction they will "Hot Card" you and you will be stuck without access to your money until you drive to the bank and get a new card. Can't wait to go close my account tomorrow!! Put your money under your mattress and its safer.
We purchased a cd from First Comm. Bank, thru Charles Schwab we we're supposed to receive our cd interest on Oct. 30, 2022, and until today, Nov. 3, 2022, we have not received the funds. And we don't know when they will release the interest funds that they owe us monthly. We will never again do any business with this bank; we rely on interest money.
