RecommendedI love the fact that First Community Bank supports the community. The Eclectic branch supports our 21st Century after school program in a major way. Mr. Morgan and Ms. Fuller have taken time out of their day to come and speak to our students about the banking industry. First Community Bank also provides breakfast for our community professional development. This is the day when all of the Eclectic schools and their faculties come together. I can’t say enough about them.
RecommendedMy wife and I opened an account at the one in Tallassee yesterday. They have some of the friendliest folks I’ve ever met. They took care of us in a timely manner and even had our debit cards ready before we left.

I never feel like i am going to a bank to complete a transaction, i always feel like i am going to see family and friends. First Community really puts us first and their needs second. I have tried the numbers they provide for emergency contact for 24 hour banking, I signed up w/ their special phone app w/ the turquoise "M," to no avail. it either says the phone number has been disconnected or no longer in service & the app won't let me sign in. Someone has erroneously charged my debit card for over $300 putting my account as over $100 overdrawn. I still need my medicine, groceries & other bills to pay. I live on a disabled fixed income. RecommendedFirst Community Bank in Tallassee has great customer service. I love my school spirit debit card. When I spend money I know that FCB is supporting schools also.
Best bank around. We've been customers for many years. It's wonderful to be able to talk to local employees and get actual help! :) Our debit card was recently stolen, and the folks at FCB made it as painless as possible to resolve it.
