Disappointing at best..Stopped to make a deposit and they were badly understaffed..6 folks waiting behind me in line and several cars in the drive through..I think the office personnel should have stepped in ..Only 2 tellers..
Good luck getting service. Even the call center closes at 6 so if you have a job you just don’t get service
It is in your best interest to stay faraway from this bank. Employees are great! But the banking app will leave you sitting somewhere unable to use your card, the mobile app rarely works! DO BETTER
I have banked here for at least 20 years. I called about some fees on my account, which she tried to explain and was not getting my point at all wouldn't listen to my actual problem. Called my husband 's coworkers liars because I had told her how other banks get their same direct payroll deposit way before us. She honestly talked to me like I was stupid. I will be changing banks. The crew Surrey Bank had before this merge where great. It's changed so much.
