It is in your best interest to stay faraway from this bank. Employees are great! But the banking app will leave you sitting somewhere unable to use your card, the mobile app rarely works! DO BETTER
I have banked here for at least 20 years. I called about some fees on my account, which she tried to explain and was not getting my point at all wouldn't listen to my actual problem. Called my husband 's coworkers liars because I had told her how other banks get their same direct payroll deposit way before us. She honestly talked to me like I was stupid. I will be changing banks. The crew Surrey Bank had before this merge where great. It's changed so much.
We recently went through the mortgage process and our dealings with Lori Poindexter were fantastic! She was not only extremely professional but she was engaged the whole time and helped us through the process at every turn. I like dealing with companies that have a community and family culture and these guys absolutely present that with how they respond.
