I, have been Banking with Lester Prairie Bank for 47 years! When Doug J. owned the Bank, we were classmates and we were both on the same class savings bank book! Never had any issues and found them to be very friendly!! They are very helpful and never rude!!! I, now take our money from the two events I organize to them to be verfied and checks made out to the two groups that Host the event! Everything goes very smooth and stress free!! My daughter & her friend were having a garage sale at our house, and I needed to exchange a larger bill for smaller ones so they could make change for people at the sale. When I went to the bank closest to my house, I was told that they would not make change for me because I do not have an account there. I have been banking here for years. If you are looking for a good small town bank where everyone knows your name, this the place to go.
Horrible facility and rude staff. Ms.Bettcher has no clue how to provide customer service with a smile. She does know how to make you feel like you should leave though.
