If 0 stars were an option they would get none. First of all walked in to get my loan information because I was planning on looking for a place to refinance a loan. Interest rates with this bank were ridiculous and plus I wanted to lower my payment. The entire bank was shut down with a note on the door saying they didn't have enough employees. No drive thru with a human either. When they finally opened back up they acted like they had no clue what I was asking for, payoff amount and loan information including account number. ... read more
