Of the many banks I've had in different locations acoss the country, this one is the best- by far. This is the reason I stay with them after almost 20 years now. Every person who ever answers the phone, every single time, is cordial, proficient, and professional. I have almost never had to wait on hold for service- and if so only briefly. They take care of whatever your concern usually within just a few minutes. Teller deposited wrong amount & was so extremely rude when I called to have it corrected. Not an apology or any sign of common courtesy. Where's the customer service??

First Community Bank & Trust goes beyond what it needs to for its customers. When I first needed a mortgage and then refinanced- they were so helpful through the entire process. They’ve helped me with personal banking and commercial banking as well. Trust and use your local bank!
