Of the many banks I've had in different locations acoss the country, this one is the best- by far. This is the reason I stay with them after almost 20 years now. Every person who ever answers the phone, every single time, is cordial, proficient, and professional. I have almost never had to wait on hold for service- and if so only briefly. Got a call from this company. Tried to call back and they hung up on me right away. The heck???
Teller deposited wrong amount & was so extremely rude when I called to have it corrected. Not an apology or any sign of common courtesy. Where's the customer service??
