The only complaint is that the handicap parking is not close to the front door. The ramp up to the sidewalk is not easy to negotiate, and the walk to the front door would be difficult in bad weather. I hope that there could be a change, and put the handicap parking across from the front with the ramp to the sidewalk where the ramp to the front door is.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went in at opening so I wouldn't inconvenience other customers. I ask the bank to help me determine a loan payoff. Albeit the loan wasn't at this bank. I had all the pertinent information on hand. The female loan officer said there were online calculators that could do that but she was unable to do so. I bet if I was borrowing the money she would be able. It comes down to no interest in helping an account holding customer. I left....my accounts are leaving also.
Staff not helpful at all. I was sent to the ATM by my grandmother. A Loomis truck was working on the ATM, so I went to the drive thru to withdraw some cash. I was told I can't withdraw cash at the window even though I have the card and her pin#...but I can just go to another ATM and pay the fee. This is so silly, if I was doing something fraudulent, wouldn't you have kept the card to protect the customer. We started my youngest childs first bank account here. They were super helpful in recommending the best option, gave her lots of sage advice about managing her account and made the process easy and not overwhelming for her. I highly recommend this branch because of how nice and helpful everyone is here!
