Displeased with the new closing hour of 4pm
I opened an account here, they were great. One thing I like about their ATMs is that you can take up to $2500 a day from your account, and it can give you $1s and $5s, even $50s plus the normal $20s. And during certain hours you can video chat with an agent on the atm if you need help. I haven't had a problem yet. And when I opened my account, they printed my card in the bank within minutes, so I didn't need an instant card and I didn't need to wait for my card in the mail, talk about convenience.
