I have had an account with them for a few years and for the last 5 plus months I've had to get a prepaid card just to pay my bills they refunded to give me a new card why I don't know I have sent many messages to them but still yet to receive a call or email from them this bank really a good bank to me the bank in church hill TN the Manger there don't like me why I don't know but they have one week to tell me why I can't get a new card
