Called around to a bunch of different banks and needed to get a letter of being denied for a loan ASAP. They did all the stuff over the phone. Quick and painless. Great customer service even though they were not going to make money on this time spent with me. It seems hard to get great customer service nowadays. I was just blown away at how fast and smooth they were.
