Been a customer for many years. Only bad thing is the change in hours. The 7:30am to 7:30pm was the main reason I chose this bank when it was Highlands Union.
I was referred to your bank for a line of credit I needed it before summer. When I called she said I need to speak with Brandon.Unfortunately, I never reached him dispite calling multiple times he always seemed unavailable. I visited the bank to try to catch him in his office, he was on his personal phone posing while his office phone was ringing, this was disappointing. I must commend the mature ladies at the counter for their professionalism. Took my business to First Bank and Trust, best decision I made.
I have had to get six new cards in the past two months from my account information being leaked by me going on to other websites. Luke Lowes and trying to order a law mower. Just to mention one out of many. All that the bank could tell me is the website must have been a fraudulent website that shared my information with other scammers. The associates are very nice. I just have one complaint. Every time I try to make a purchase online my card gets locked. Then I've got to go to the bank to get a new card. It's really frustrating 😕
