This is one of the best community banks I have dealt with over the years
I've held an account here for years but have had so many issues. The debit card declines too much and support can't explain why. I have paid at a doctor's office regularly for years, and they still decline the first try every time. They decline the walmart near my house sometimes too. I just pay with a credit card for almost everything and auto draft from my bank account now.
Everyone working there is very pleasant and professional
I've had a lot of scam, but FCB handled it quickly and correctly
Been a customer for many years. Only bad thing is the change in hours. The 7:30am to 7:30pm was the main reason I chose this bank when it was Highlands Union.
