The people that work here are awesome The issue is the bank’s lending framework—overly conservative, highly centralized, and seemingly indifferent to individual context. That rigidity undermines what could otherwise be a good local banking experience.
I just love these people. Best bank that I have encountered. Friendly tellers, great bankers in the offices. What actually made me like them the most is that they waived a fee for me going negative on my account; it was my fault but I have been a long standing and good client, so they reversed it.
The absolute worst banking experience we have ever experienced. They have made numerous mistakes with our account. The ATM is down half the time. If you value your money DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!
