Absolutely Horrible Bank – Rude Customer Service & Unfair Overdraft Fees If I could give zero stars, I would. First Community Bank is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is a joke—rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to their customers' problems. Their overdraft policy is a scam.
