Our local bank manager, Judi Parris is always there when we need extra attention for a charge question, a fraud claim or whatever else we need. Even though we've moved from Bluefield, Virginia to Richlands, Virginia we still will make the trip because we trust Judi.
I deposited a check into my checking account, which already had a positive balance, only to see the account go almost $1,500 into the negative. This baffling issue occurred not once but twice. Natasha from the Bluefield branch responded to my concerns but skirted around the issue. She claimed that any check deposited would automatically add $225 to the account, but this never happened.
