Great little bank very personable people
I used this bank for around a decade, and in that time I had many, many issues. Notably: they once deactivated my debit card because I was saving money and hadn't made any purchases with the card for a few months, which was fun to learn about when I was hours away and couldn't make purchases. I had to find workarounds to make purchases for a gaming subscription because they treated any transaction from Blizzard as fraud and would not override that despite it being one of the biggest companies on Earth.
