Been banking at this bank for over 40 years. Everyone is always courteous, and helpful with everything I need.
I really hate this bank, I've never seen a bank stop you from spending money so much. And there's no easy way to handle it. You can't just reply to a text and say yes this was more, or get on an app and say yes this was me. You have to call the bank and tell them to unlock you card. And if you try again you have to have them on standby so they can push the purchase through. Absolute worst banking experience ever.

Most unprofessional group of people. These are the folks that WV jokes are made about. SMH how did they even get this job????
