Outstanding customer service. Respect ful and courteous staff. FCB website is user-friendly, and when I have had an issue, I can speak to someone in San Benito.

The worst ever! They are always so rude and have ugly attitudes. Can be at the drive through with no acknowledgement...thinking they must not see you. Systems tend to always be down. Do not recommend banking here unless all you'd like to hear is complaining or smart remarks.
