Very unprofessional, unwilling to be reasonable, and treated me as a stranger when I have had accounts there for years. They continue to hold funds for no reason. Do not recommend. Closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere.
This is a wonderful bank! This bank reminds me of the personal banks from yesteryear. They are very professional while still treating their clients as family.
Outstanding customer service. Respect ful and courteous staff. FCB website is user-friendly, and when I have had an issue, I can speak to someone in San Benito.
