I have been with this bank for 42 years. Great customer service and a friendly environment.
This is not a recommendation to you or anyone. Lacks customer service, refused to do any phone verification has to be in person even if it’s a representative of yourself on the line. I was told by the branch manager Denise that they do not verify anything about your account over the phone. Sheri a banking representative said she could not verify me over the phone because she didn’t recognize my voice. I’m only in this branch maybe 3-4 times out of the year.
