I went to the bank today to buy a roll of quarters for a 75-year-old client I'm trying to do laundry for. And this lady tells me you cannot buy quarters unless you are a part of their Bank this is a very small town and I feel very sad for the people that are living in it and the bank wants to act this way like they're higher than other people oh you have to have a account in order to get quarters that's absolutely ridiculous and I will make sure everybody I know and anybody related to me will never bank with this place

“Community” bank? Yeah right! It doesn’t matter if they KNOW you, they have a young staff of women with severe attitude problems that make even the simplest transaction impossible. I don’t know who is part of the hiring process at these banks in Ballard County but they have failed MISERABLY. They have taken the friendliness and home town feel out of their banks and replaced them with young people with the sole purpose to make everything difficult. They can’t even smile, for Gods sake! I will NEVER put my money in these banks... read more
