Briana gave me a call at work today asking for my help with something. During this phone call there were a couple times I had her on mute/hold. In those times I still had my earpiece in so I can still hear her. What I heard was not a 5 star rating. She mocked me multiple times to someone else in the background. The audacity she had to call me for help and then mock me. Insane.
