They no longer pick up the phone
Most inconvenient bank ever.
My experience with Kenneth Burnett from First Commonwealth Bank @ 6156 Highland Lakes Ave, Westerville, OH great. I closed my home loan in a very short time. He was extremely knowledgeable, great in communication and very helpful; and he naturally has a wonderful personality.
This has gotten to be the worst bank I've ever had in my life. Let's start with the atm eating cash and the bank not doing an atm audit. Then the overdraft doesn't work and has a random factor in which you don't know if it'll work until you slide your card. Can't deal with a bank like this and never will again. Maybe it's time to move past the wealthy corporate greed from so called "traditional" banks like these and start patronizing other untraditional financial services.
