After calling this morning with an issue and being told they can’t help I must do it myself online I’m thinking maybe I need a new bank
First Commonwealth Bank is a breath of fresh air - including the team at this branch! They offer kind and attentive customer service for both my personal and business accounts. And their building is a lovely cornerstone to our community - beautifully kept. So proud to bank with them!
This branch used to be Santander but it was taken over by FCB not too long ago. I still have my account with this bank even though I currently live in Harrisburg. For the past year, this bank has been nothing but a headache and a pain in my rear end. I hold accounts with M&T and Santander that have been much more helpful. First Commonwealth constantly locks me out of my bank account and forces me to reset my password for "security purposes" but this has only added another item on my to-do list everyday.
