Bank went to heck in hand bag. Went from same day check cashing to, I lost your check. Idk why it isn't in the system. Run, run away! I am after 10 years!
They are nice and friendly and carries about their customers
Came in to ask a serious question the manager never even looked up and me and waved me away I wouldn't trust them with a grain of sand let alone my money
Bank employees and manager/notary are too stupid or too malicious to help thier clients complete forms that all banks normally do. The notary told me she is unable to notarize non-bank related items, nor confirm a signature, despite a signature card obviously being on file at the bank. Having personally processed this particulary notaries paperwork as a county employee, i assured her that she was, in fact, a notary and could legally do it, as literally all banks do. I closed my account on the spot.
First Commonwealth Bank are criminals that steal your money. On Monday of this week I had stopped into a branch to open a checking account because I had been receiving paper checks for work that I have been doing. Knowing that checks have to clear I figured it'd be my best interest to open a checking account to use for that purpose. Everything was fine and dandy as far as customer service opening the account at the branch.
