Banked here for many years and have never had an issue
Absolute worst customer service imaginable. Lines are always long and slow. I tried to resolve a problem and unfortunately got stuck with Carrie. Rather than help me, Carrie chose to argue with me and tell me that my request couldn't be done. Online is as bad. No one takes responsibility in this organization. The branch manager is never there. This bank is terrible. I had a certified check drawn from this bank and they couldn't cash it. This bank, and all the others that are close to this branch, didn't have enough money to cash a check. YOU ARE A BANK ! YOU HAVE 1 JOB... TO HAVE CASH!
