Most ridiculous concept ever at First Commonwealth Bank. Was told I can no longer cash outside checks from another bank at my local First Commonwealth bank, which I have had several accounts at for years. They tell me they can only deposit the check and then withdraw the money out to give me. Great more room for paperwork errors but whatever….ok other than the fact it was deposited in someone else’s account and withdrawn from me! I called for information because I have family in the area who were curious about the branch. A female identified themselves as 'a manager' and was EXTREMELY rude! "I have customers to deal with, tell your family to come in themselves".. I'll be telling my family to absolutely avoid, thanks.
Great bank to have an account with and customer service is always outstanding!
