Great bank to have an account with and customer service is always outstanding!
Very pleased with the way they helped me get a home improvement loan.
Did not appreciate the tone the manager took with me when her system incorrectly flagged my check as fraud. I never received an apology for the accusation against me for submitting a perfectly legitimate check. Instead I received a nasty response over the phone to the point where I asked her to stop speaking and reevaluate how she was speaking to me. Lexi was fantastic to work with the other lady was atrocious.
Tried calling into my bank today. Automated system eventually just say, “Goodbye” and hangs up. Who is running these banks?
