Friendly people
Be careful first commonwealth is an institution that thrives on scamming people out of money. They hide behind their agreements but fail to mention their accounts do not operate like a real banks and they make sure your account gets over drafted so they can scam you out of hundreds of dollars. I still miss DCB which was far better. Don’t get scammed go to a different bank.
This is the worse bank I have ever had to deal with I had a auto loan with them and paid my loan off and they wouldn’t do a simple service request to get my title I had them do it 2 separate times and still didn’t get done and when I talked to the manager about it he proceeded to tell me he talked to the lady’s and they never even talked to me when I showed where I called them and I was in there earlier that same day he told me to never call again and he wasn’t going to help me and hung up I would not recommended going to th... read more
