I love the staff at the branch office in Jersey Shore, Pa! I recently had a situation with another bank, closed the account, and went to them. It took a couple of days to get things situated, but the staff were super helpful, explained all of the steps necessary, kept me informed, and reached out to make sure they were taking care of my needs. 10/10 recommend!
I am irate & hurt because of how these ppl have treated me!!!!! My deceased husband banked with them so I kept the account opened... however this is not a hometown bank at all!!!
Sat in the drivethru for 5 minutes, a girl finally comes to the window and says she's going to be a bit because she was helping Tammy upstairs. There was another car also waiting. Everytime I go to the drivethru, I have to wait for someone to appear. Awful service!
