Janine Clair is the BEST. She was friendly, informative & went above & beyond to help me. Her kindness & positive attitude exceeded my expectations as a customer & I really enjoyed speaking with her. Customer service was 10/10. Highly recommend!
I just got off the phone with Mike. I found his customer service a lot to be desired. I was stopping payment on a check and I asked if he could wave the fee since I just deposited a fair amount of money in December. He said NO! I can’t. I said I bet Jeanine can. He said I’m not Jeanine. I said could you ask and he ignored my request. I just may have to consider moving my accounts once CD comes due. I would accepted a no, but his lack of trying is unacceptable.
