Wait for a new debit card that they didn't send.waiting for a deposit that is still floating around in their system for 3 weeks. Call the local bank no one answers go in person your there for an hour. Don't shop on line yet my account was hacked 3 times this year. The system is down too often.
I used them for my banking services for 6 years with out a problem, then one day I check my account and see a $210 withdrawal that I didn't approve. I found out someone had gotten ahold of one of my mobile deposit checks and cashed it weeks after I had originally deposited the check. The bank my employer used requested too first commonwealth that they pay the funds from my account since they messed up and paid the check twice.
