Terrible customer service. My husband and I pulled into the parking lot, parked in a parking spot while my husband filled out a deposit slip. A female employee walked to our vehicle and knocked on the window. My husband rolled down the window and immediately “Do you need something?” My husband who is actively filling out his deposit slip showed her the slips and told her no he parked to fill out his deposit slip. Manager working on 10/03/2025 is extremely rude. The bank is not and will not work with you at all. They do not prioritize customers at all they do not care. Their slogan is putting you first well that’s not the case with this branch and this manager. I hope someone in a position of power reads this and checks in on who the manager was on 10/03-2025 in Sunbury Ohio and reiterates to them being professional goes a long way and managing a bank should come with a high level of professionalism.
I'd like to give a big shout out to all the tellers and the manager and a really big shout out to Herschel he is one of the most professional young gentleman I've ever come across.
Professionalism is lacking with the manager. Unfortunately, she was condescending and unhelpful when I was asking for assistance with filling out a form. The two tellers at the front were kind and seeking to help.
One of the lady’s that I was on the phone with was very arrogant and rude. I’m leaving this bank as of now. Don’t waste your time with this company!
