Professionalism is lacking with the manager. Unfortunately, she was condescending and unhelpful when I was asking for assistance with filling out a form. The two tellers at the front were kind and seeking to help.
One of the lady’s that I was on the phone with was very arrogant and rude. I’m leaving this bank as of now. Don’t waste your time with this company!

Professionalism of the manager is lacking. Asked questions of her regarding an account that is active with them. She was snide, condescending and adolescent in calling names. Simply asked about how one could be removed as a signed on the account and if there policy was a new norm within the bank world. She said how she could not speak for other banks, but then went in to her experience with several other banks and how they all do the same thing as this one.
