I'm rating for the overall First Commonwealth Banking as a whole. So first of all, the people working in the individual banks are great. They're helpful and polite. It pretty consistent that every branch that I have gone to has been across the board, extremely helpful and able to help me do what I need to do quickly. I took out a loan with this bank , I came across tough times and needed a deferment Robin Scott who is branch manager was extremely rude, even after I explained how the loan (AS Joushua Smith )was condescending to me asking why can’t I make my payment and asking me to be more specific such as what I spent my money on ? He even went as far as to say if I can’t afford the 1 percent I had to pay for the deferment, then I can pay the FULL AMOUNT!
