I had to call and report the receptionist. She was beyond rude. Repeatedly called me dumb. Wouldn't do her basic job and pretended she didnt know how to do it. Another receptionist helped me. That made the white haired old lady even more upset. She literally refused to let me pay a mortgage. She told me she only worked there a month but I have had repeated issues with her anytime I was forced to let her serve. Zero respect zero customer service. 100% entitlement.
