I've had an account with First Commonwealth Bank for many years. I've had some issues along the way with my bank card number being stolen and used in other countries but in most cases the fraud department was usually ahead of me. I've been very grateful for that aspect of this bank. Even In the cases of fraud that I presented to the bank, they took time and worked with me and together we got the issue resolved. They have always been kind and courteous to me in all the years that I have banked with them.
If it wasn't for Toni at the Natrona Heights branch this would be an easy 1 star. It's nice to know there are good managers and employees here.
Horrible bank, if you want to get ripped off, go here. Stay far far away. I'm all about helping regional banks, but unfortunately, they will nickel and dime your for fees and then shit on you when you ask why you're being charged. I think any other bank would be better, and there are a lot of bad banks out there. Huntington is very bad, but this place may be worse. I'm glad I keep my money at other institutions.
I actually loved banking with first commonwealth, but this branch led me to close my account entirely. I would use caution with the ATM here. Had a skimming incident that resulted in a fraudulent charge on my account. Very strange customer service provided from this specific branch, made me think my money would be safer elsewhere.
They cleaned house and new management is wonderful. I have no issues with this branch.
