Stopped in this past Saturday to do some banking. Normally would go to Delmont, but, that branch isn't open (shame). Anyways, the lobby line was long but the gal behind the counter was super to deal with. I think her name was Emma, but don't quote me on that. Dealing with her made me forget about the time in line, which wasn't her fault as there was an issue with another customer's account.
I can not get them to call me back about why my account is dormant.
No answer the first time, second time some lady picked up and said " can you hold please?" I said "yes." On hold for OVER an hour going on TWO hours. They just hung up on me at 1:14pm. Multitasking is non-existent. I actually had a problem that needed to be resolved. Date 11/20/21
