Great customer service, bank
If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. This is by far the worst branch in the Delmont area. Back in summer of 2021, I requested a new debit card due to an unknown transaction on my old one, so the guy, Brad, took down my information and requested that a new debit card be sent out to me. This was probably a week before my family and I were going to Disney for vacation. I waited days on end for the card, which never showed up. I just want to say after years of being a customer, the employees and branch managers even the branch managers bosses are telling customers that it's impossible to get business loans through this bank anymore and are sending clients to 1st summit. Honesty goes a long way. I was referred to 1st summit by multiple first commonwealth employees and appraisal companies that first commonwealth uses and what a difference. I kept my personal account with them due to Honesty.
