Best bank you could have they make things easy
When a paycheck deposit has been made and 3 days later it is not in your account, I would say this location is doing something seriously wrong. Even First Commonwealth customer service told me to contact this branch direct beecause this branch did something wrong. People rely on you to get their deposits right so they can pay bills. Your branch making these kinds of errors makes me want to take my accounts elsewhere. I have not had an issue at any other location, so I would say the problem lies with this one. This bank is great! If you run a small business I would highly recommend this bank! (I can’t believe someone would review 1 star for not getting calendars lol) they’re a bank and they do their job right. Everyone at this branch is great.
Good luck trying to get one of their calendars this year. I was told they received only 25 and the rule is one per household even if several people in that household have separate accounts. Bah humbug.
