There was a time I would've gave this bank 5 stars but since all the new people are here this past few months everything has grinded to a halt. Wait times are longer the new employees aren't as friendly and nice as the past employees... Kinda like dealing with angry people every time I come to make a deposit... Not very pleasent or professional.
I used to work at this office, we were always extremely busy. When I visit now there are no customers in there. Then when customer did come in they had to wait as there was only 2 people there. One is at the drive thru & the other helping me. Need better staffing & manager present. I haven’t seen a Manager in their office for a long time. I don’t believe staff has been trained on making customers feel welcome. They do the basic, but maybe not their fault.
