I used to work at this office, we were always extremely busy. When I visit now there are no customers in there. Then when customer did come in they had to wait as there was only 2 people there. One is at the drive thru & the other helping me. Need better staffing & manager present. I haven’t seen a Manager in their office for a long time. I don’t believe staff has been trained on making customers feel welcome. They do the basic, but maybe not their fault.
Super long wait. Not great w friendliness
I hate that I have to go to bilo during store hours to get to an atm. It is 80 percent the reason I can’t wait to find a new bank.
