Rude banking staff, and not attentive at the drive-thru. They tell you to hold on, be with you in a minute after you sent the tube up. you sit there for a couple minutes, then the tube comes through the shoot with your receipt. They don't even ask you which account you want to put in or say, how may I help you they're just assuming they know where your checks are going or what you want without even saying anything.
