no more automation please First commonwealth is not a bad bank, but I hate the way the have their automated account tracking system layed out. They ask for ss#, account #, and pin. once your in the system if you want to go back and go another direction you have to press all that in again. Rediculous. If they fix that I'd be satisfied.
