Shame on this bank. As a regular person I use my bank account to receive and send money, and because of this MY BANK ACOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED in the most vulnerable moment. My country has lived a terrible earthquake yesterday and my relatives still live there. Lots of people need help and I wanted to help today sending money and the bank called me giving me this new. Disrespectful and unconsidered. Terrible bank to do business with.

If I could give a 0 I would worst bank ever I have to travel half an hour to get to one since they closed the one in my town down and try to call and got put on hold for so long and then it just hung up on me will definitely be changing banks this place is a joke anymore.
