My father has been with this bank for many years, and he has always spoken highly of them. He is now quite elderly, and they are always looking out for him. They know him very well. As his POA, they let me know whenever there are any concerns or questions regarding charges, his account, withdrawals, etc. They have been super helpful with many things, including working with other agencies when we needed to get financial information to them for my Mom's in-home health care. Drove 30 mins to there location to cash a check that was from there bank after they told me I could. Then get there and am told no. Then have the audacity to ask me to start an account with them. Zero stars!!
I have been banking here for years and each and every time I come in the staff have been the most friendly folks around. I sometimes see the stress on the girls when things get hectic as they sometimes do but the girls plow through and do their very best to help me. Maybe someday I'll bring in some donuts for them.
