Drive thru ATM tellers at this location need to be given a lesson in etiquette. So rude. Also need to drop the attitudes.
Just went to this bank to withdraw 420.00. The atm spit out the card and receipt and receipt said transaction incomplete. Did a balance check and second receipt said 24.00. Nope should have said 447.00 dollars . Call the bank and spoke with a real nice man Collin. He said this has happened before and they got a email saying ATM was out of money minutes after we tried to get out. Collin copied our proof of reciepts that we got nothing plus they have cameras at atm and they should have seen we got nothing out of atm . We were ... read more
Very helpful and explained everything
Had nothing but trouble with this bank for years. Transfer fees for moving money throughout my bank accounts. If you use another ATM they charge a fee. Tried refinancing we agreed to the terms and then when it was time to close those terms changed without any notification. It’s great to finally find a credit union without the fees and will work to satisfy the customer.
