Great customer service!
I have been a First Commonwealth Bank customer since its buyout of Great American Federal Bank. I have had the recent pleasure of working with all of the tellers and most recently, Karen, the manager. Karen is a very knowledgeable manager and made sure to explain, in detail, all the available products which were available to me through the bank. This is a great bank with efficient employees. The Elizabeth Township branch is one of the best of not the best bank I have ever dealt with. They are always friendly and customer oriented. Tracey is very knowledgeable and always willing to take care of any issue you may have. As are all the employees there. Have been going there a very long time.
