The way they add on fee after fee is insane. I typically don't have issues with my bank but I fell on to hard times due to a death really close to me I tried explaining that to them but they just don't care. Very insensitive and awful customer service. Do not trust this bank they will rob you blind with fees. I can't wait to close my account at this point
Con artists. I signed a contract to NOT have overdraft protection with them. I kept have the contract, it's black on white. I made an online purchase that left me with $21 POSITIVE balance afterwards, and the bank still charged me $35 overdraft protection fee. They won't reverse it. They say that it's because even though I was showing a positive balance on my screen, that's not always the reality, because paychecks take a few days to post to the account (even though my last paycheck showed that it was posted, when I made tha... read more
