This is the worst bank anyone could ever use. Please do yourself a favor do not come here. The people are not kind. The policies on fees are ridiculous. And you’ll just end up with a big ol head ache. Worst banking experience of my life.
This is not a bank for the common people. It has been the most nightmare experience. I closed my accounts today because it just is not worth it.
Great bank, just wish they were open a bit later during the weekday or open on Saturdays.
If I could give 0 stars I would my mom paid them for at least 20 years for a safety deposit box with her mother's wedding rings in them only for her to pass away thinking they was safe to go to her family when that time came and they won't give them up without a lawyer??? Why should I have to Pay for a lawyer when I am listed on her death certificate and have all the proof with that that she is no longer here so if your like my mom who has a safety deposit box here I would be very careful if you think it's gonna go to your k... read more
