I just had the best bank teller on the planet help me fix an issue i've been trying to fix for soooooooo long I really wish I had her name but she might not want it out there so anyway if by chance Miss bank teller if you see this I can't express how impressed I am with you you were on it girl and I appreciate you and First Commonwealth so very much thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!!

Being a single income family of 4 presents challenges. Challenges like, writing a check weeks before with a positive balance to have that check cashed weeks later to an account already in the negative. Then the bank calls you to notify you of it, and when you explain the situation, their options are coming into the branch to learn how to balance a checkbook or open another checking for debts outside personal checking debts, which is crazy as in why would I open another account if I’m already negative and nothing to give to g... read more
I've been banking here for a few years now and never had any issues until now. I went in on Saturday to deposit a check and was told the money would be available today monday! I had an appointment set up go buy a car and was relying on the money today as I was told it would be available. Well it will not clear until tomorrow so I lost my car.
